Bridal parties, team apparel, corporate swag, family reunions, school fundraisers - group orders are a big part of what we do, and we've made the pricing straightforward so you can plan before you ever talk to us.

Quantity Pricing
Discounts apply per item, per design. Mixed sizes and colors count toward the same tier, and individual names within an order are always free.

One-Time Setup Fees
Digitizing — $15
Your logo or custom artwork has to be converted into a stitch file before an embroidery machine can read it. This is a one-time charge per design. Once we've digitized it, we keep the file on record and every reorder skips this step at no cost.
Studio designs and standard lettering don't require digitizing. There's no fee for names, monograms, or anything from our existing library.
Rush production — 25% surcharge
Need it in under 7 business days? Rush availability depends on our current queue, so ask before you count on it.
Supplying Your Own Garments
You're welcome to send us your own blanks. Decoration on customer-supplied garments runs $10 per item for standard lettering and $14 per item for a logo.
A few things to know before you ship them over:
- We'll confirm the fabric works for embroidery before we start. Very thin knits, waterproof shells, and some performance fabrics need special handling or aren't a good fit.
- In Massachusetts, decoration on garments you supply is treated as a service rather than a sale, which affects how tax is applied to your invoice.

Production starts when your design is approved and your deposit is paid, not when you place the inquiry. For events, reach out at least 4–6 weeks ahead

Sizing for Group Orders
Gathering sizes from everyone is usually the slowest part of a group order. Send yours however it comes together - spreadsheet, screenshot, a list you typed out. We'll take it from there.
