1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using embroideredbyhann.com (the “Site”), placing an order, or submitting a custom request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.
2. Business Information
EmbroideredbyHann is a Massachusetts-based small business specializing in embroidered and custom goods.

3. Products & Custom Orders
3.1 Standard Products
All products are handmade. Minor variations in color, stitching, or placement are normal and do not qualify as defects.
3.2 Custom & Personalized Orders
By submitting a custom order:

All custom items are final sale unless defective due to our error.

You are responsible for all submitted details (spelling, colors, sizing, etc.).

We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect customer input.

Proofs may be provided. If no response is received within 3 business days, production may proceed.

Once a design is approved, changes or refunds are not permitted.
3.3 Design Rights
By submitting names, logos, or artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use them. You agree to indemnify EmbroideredbyHann against any claims related to submitted content.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and may change at any time.

Payment is required in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment.
5. Order Cancellation

Standard orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Custom orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
6. Processing & Shipping

Standard orders: 3–5 business days processing.

Custom orders: 7–14 business days after design approval.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will assist in resolution.
7. Returns & Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 14 days unused and in original condition.

Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
To request a return, email within 5 days of delivery.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel suspicious orders

Dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence

Block users who abuse refund or dispute processes
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (designs, images, text, logos) is owned by EmbroideredbyHann and protected by law.
