I started making things at home in the little pockets of time I had - nap times, early mornings, late nights after the kids were in bed. Just for fun at first. A tote bag here, a makeup pouch there. Small things stitched with care, for people I loved.
Over time, that small creative outlet grew into something I never expected: a real business. Coastal Stitch Studio was born out of those quiet moments, and it still runs on the same energy - unhurried, intentional, handmade.
Made by hand, one stitch at a time
What started as Hannah's solo venture has grown into something even more special, a family affair. Her sisters Emily and Jillian have both joined the studio, each playing their own role in making it run.
Hannah and Emily are the makers, needles in hand, bringing every custom piece to life stitch by stitch. Behind every smooth order and happy customer, there's Jillian, keeping things running behind the scenes so Hannah and Emily can focus on what they love most: making beautiful things.
Every order is made by hand, personally, by one of the sisters. That means it takes a little longer, but it also means every stitch has intention behind it. We're not a factory. We're three sisters who all showed up for something that started at a kitchen table.
