Good to know before you order

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event for larger orders. For smaller sets, 2–3 weeks is usually enough — but the sooner the better, especially during peak wedding season.

Can everyone in the party have something different?

Absolutely. Each piece can be personalised individually — different names, different roles (Bride, MOH, Bridesmaid), or even totally different designs. That's kind of our favourite thing to do.

What if I'm not sure what I want?

That's what we're here for! Just reach out with the basics — your event date, approximate number of people, and a rough idea of what you're picturing — and we'll take it from there.

Do you offer bulk pricing for larger orders?

Yes — get in touch and we'll work out pricing based on your order size. We love doing full bridal party sets.

Can you bring embroidery to our bachelorette or bridal shower?

Yes! We offer live embroidery events — we come to you and stitch pieces on the spot for guests. It's always a hit. Reach out to check our availability and get a quote.
