Reach out
Fill out our custom order form with your event date, what you need, and roughly how many. The earlier the better, especially May through October.
STEP TWO
We plan it together
We'll go back and forth on designs, names, colors, and placement until it's right. You'll approve a digital proof before anything gets stitched.

We stitch it
Every piece made by hand in our studio. We'll keep you updated as it comes together.

Something different
We can come to you
Bring live embroidery to your bridal shower, bachelorette, or welcome party. We set up on site and stitch pieces for your guests while they watch — everyone leaves with something personalized they saw made.
It works especially well for welcome parties, where guests are meeting each other for the first time and need something to gather around.
Good to know before you order
How far in advance should I order?
At least 4–6 weeks before your event for larger orders, and longer between April and October — that's our busiest stretch. Smaller sets usually need 2–3 weeks. If your date is tight, ask anyway; we can sometimes fit things in.
Can everyone in the party have something different?
Absolutely, and it costs no extra. Different names, different roles, or entirely different designs within the same order. Individual personalization is always free.
What does it cost?

What if I'm not sure what I want?
That's what we're here for. Send us your event date, roughly how many people, and a general idea — a Pinterest board, a screenshot, a color you love. We'll take it from there.
How do I collect everyone's sizes?
However it comes together. A spreadsheet, a screenshot, a list you typed out. We'll sort it out.
